Is 2016 Your Year to Join UWL? Please Join Me This Saturday Night!

Good morning! I sure hope that you took a minute and entered the Plant Pure Nation giveaway. You still have two days to get in on it, so don't miss out. I promise, just entering the giveaway will be a benefit to you.

It will start to get you thinking about your goals.

It's December. The holiday are in full swing. The parties and the decadent food are everywhere.

What happens when the holidays are over?

I'd like to start you thinking about it sooner rather than later.

Is 2016 going to be the year that you get your health and weight under control for good?

What is your health plan for the New Year?

How will you lose the holiday weight (on TOP of the excess weight already there)??

How will you get back on track?

How will you start strong and STAY STRONG in 2016?

Can I make a suggestion?

Consider joining me in The Ultimate Weight Loss Program.

It's NOT just a simple program of eat this and don't eat that.

The end of each year is a very thoughtful time for me. With the quiet that comes between Christmas and New Years, I can't help but reflect on what I'd like to change about myself and how I'm going to do it.

I know it's so cliche, but I can't seem to help myself.

I remember doing it when I was a kid. And I certainly do it as an adult.

For a long time, a resolution for me didn't amount to much. Maybe a few good days or a few good weeks of making progress towards my intended goals, but then I would always fizzle out on whatever it is that I set my mind to.

But within the last few years this began to change.

I've started to get some real traction with actuating my resolutions.

I believe it has a lot to do with habits.

Daily habits.

It was in The Ultimate Weight Loss Program that I developed my first healthy daily habit: Vegetables for Breakfast.

It was through the help of UWL that I finally quit my caffeine habit and replaced it with an herbal tea habit.

And it is 100% because of UWL that I am now focusing on adding a new healthy habit: daily movement.

A daily yoga practice is what my BIG HAIRY 2016 RESOLUTION is going to be.

I'm so excited about it that I already started last week!

That sounds crazy right?

I'll tell you why I'm so eager.

It's because the other daily habits that I've adopted over the past year or just make me so darned HAPPY, that I can imagine now how much happier I will be if I add in a new healthy daily habit.

Plus, my other healthy daily habits are easy for me now.

They are second nature. No brainers.

They are who I am.

I think that's the key to change: Daily habits that become who we are.

And I'm ready for more health.

Are you ready to change?

I hope you are. And I know that if you chose to join me in UWL, you won't regret it.

If you'd like more information about the program, check it out here.

Chef AJ, John Pierre and I are going to hosting a FREE, LIVE call this Saturday night at 8 pm. We'll be talking about strategies to get you through the holidays without giving up on your goals. And if you are not in UWL, listening in on this call is a great way to get a taste of the kind of stuff that we focus on in UWL.

I'll post the call in number and code here on Healthy Girl's Kitchen tomorrow morning. If you can't make the live phone call, I'll post a link so that you can listen in next week.

I really hope that you will take this opportunity to listen in and get some really great tips on how to make your health goals a reality.

And don't forget to enter my double Plant Pure Nation giveaway here!

Well, I'm off to yoga. I hope that you have a wonderful day!
