Are You Wondering if Ultimate Weight Loss is Right for You? Plus, A Sneak Peak into My Decluttered Closets!

You know that I could practically talk all day about how UWL has changed my life for the better, stabilizing both my blood sugar and my brain chemistry, allowing me to release 30 unwanted pounds, AND inspiring me to let go of other unwanted things in my life, but you might have more questions than I have answered here on Healthy Girl's Kitchen.

You're in luck because Chef AJ will be doing a free informational call this Wednesday,  at 8:30-10 pm Eastern time, 5:30-7 pm Pacific time.

Simply call 712-432-1212 and punch in the code 263-629-008 followed by the # sign.

Chef AJ will talk about her personal struggle with obesity and will be give a full description of the program.  She'll also answer any questions that are sent in before the call to:

If you're wondering about AJ the "Next Level"  set of coaching calls for those of you that have already participated in an Ultimate Weight Loss Challenge, those calls will cover the following topics:

Call 1:  Chef AJ and John Pierre will be talking about advanced weight loss, motivational techniques and movement.

Call 2: I will be interviewing some of the Biggest UWL Winners to find out how they put the principles of UWL permanently into action in their daily lives.

Call 3: Chef AJ and I will be talking about how we work the program on a day to day basis. Our approaches to cooking, eating and quantities. We'll discuss the structures that we have implemented into our lives that support our health effort--how we plan and prepare our food, plus the habits and rituals that have been essential to our success on the program.

Call 4: AJ will interview Dr. Carrie Saunders about why the scale can be an unreliable distraction on this journey.

Thanks to the amazing people over in the UWL private Facebook group, I'm spending just about every moment of my spare time decluttering my home. It's so much fun if you follow the method outlined by Marie Kondo in the book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. Here's a sneak peek into what I'll be talking about on my blog a bit in the near future. I wholeheartedly agree that this process is 100% life changing.

Decluttering one category at a time, instead of a whole closet or a whole room.
(That's Randy, my husband, on the bed back there!)

I kept only the shoes that brought me joy, letting go of 30 of my 70 pairs of shoes. I'm hardly a minimalist, but I'm clutter free in my closets!

The beginning of my giveaway piles!

The KonMari Method has very specific recommendations for folding and storing your clothes. It makes doing laundry practically a religious experience!

Ahhhhhh, my hanging clothes finally have room to breathe!

I'll be blogging a lot more about my experience decluttering our home when I get further into the process. Until then, you know where to find me!

Get this book. You will LOVE it. I promise.
