How are you doing with your food? I'm doing pretty well now, thanks. I'm pretty sure it has a lot to do with the changes that I've made to my diet since really focusing on how Chef AJ is manipulating a Whole Food Plant Based diet that really works for people who suffer from food addiction.
In fact, I'm doing so well that food is just not the bane of my existence anymore. I pray that this feeling lasts! It's so hard for me to trust it, with my history of food abuse.
One of the more profound changes that I have made is the elimination of most any type of refined grains from my diet. That sounds so crazy, give the already restrictive nature of a plant based diet free of oil. But for me, it has made all the difference in the world!
That's why I want to do this one last free teleclass with Chef AJ and myself. I want to share with you all of the tools and techniques to rid yourself of this feeling that food has a power over you or that you have "cravings" for this, that or the other thing. Eating food that is off of your plan makes you feel miserable. You probably beat yourself up over it, like I did. We want to help you end that cycle.
