The Eat to Live Cookbook: Orange Peanut Dressing

This review is going to be short and sweet . . . I'm ready for bed!

Orange Peanut Dressing
from The Eat to Live Cookbook by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, p. 89

Did I like it? Like, yes. I would have loved it with a little tweaking at the time that I prepared it.

Was it easy to make with readily available ingredients? Totally. I didn't need to buy a thing.

What specifically did I like about the recipe? I adore citrusy flavors, especially in a salad.

What specifically didn't I like about the recipe? N/A

Did my husband like it? "Delicious!" he says. He even texted me "Thanks for the amazing salad," on the night that I left him salad and this dressing in the refrigerator and went out to dinner with my girlfriends. It was very romantic.

Did my teenage daughter like it? N/A

Did my eight or five year old try it? N/A

Would I make it again? Yes, this one's a keeper.

Is there anything I would do to improve on it if I made it again? I would taste the dressing before bottling it. Do you know how oranges vary dramatically in their sweetness? Well, our oranges that day weren't too sweet. I wish I had added a date or some orange juice concentrate to the dressing and then blended it again. It would have given the dressing more of the "pop" of flavor that I enjoy on salads.

Overall Grade (completely unscientific, I admit): B+ . . . maybe even A-
